I started Arí van Twillert  (former name Mesh Lingerie) in 2016. We are the world’s first true 3D fit lingerie specialist. We make Haute Comforture; completely bespoke garments, unmatched in fit and hand crafted in our Atelier in Rotterdam.

We use 3D scanning, 20.000 data points, 3D printing, software engineers and couture crafts seamstresses for the best bra ever created.

I designed, developed and made the lingerie pieces. For the brand I created the identity including logo and web design.

The Curvearis

My patent pending technology. The new type of breast support, custom fit and 3D printed. Softly integrated into all our structured bras.

 

The collection exists of 2 structured bras including the Curvearis custom fit 3D printed breast support, a thong, brief and a bralette. It represents my commitment to all women that a bra should provide comfort, support and aesthetics. All items are bespoke, based on a 3D scan of the client.

I created algorithms to translate a 3D body scan into 2D sewing patterns and for the modelling of the Curvearis.

Fundamentals Collection

The permanent Fundamentals Collection from Arí van Twillert contains elegant bras and briefs that uses state of the art technology combined with traditional craft techniques for maximum support and comfort.

Diagonal lines going from front to back empower the contours of the wearer. A playful stripe at the back of the thong and brief combined with the semi transparent mesh fabric makes sure just enough is revealed to leave room for the imagination.

Arí Jewelry

The perfect combination: lingerie and jewelry. For Arí van Twillert I designed 3D printed, bold jewelry that matches with the lingerie from the collections. The choker uses lingerie shoulder elastics which refers to the Fundamentals lingerie pieces, creating a direct link between jewelry and lingerie.

The main materials used are silver and bronze. The Arí van Twillert logo, which is also designed by me, is used for the choker, necklace and ring. The Contour bustier and Voronoi bra have it’s own matching rings.
